Ghosh's greatest strength lies in his raw pace, consistently clocking speeds in excess of 140 km/h. He has previously played under Ruturaj Gaikwad's captaincy in domestic cricket. During the Vijay Hazare Trophy (2025-26), he bagged 17 wickets in 7 matches—a campaign highlighted by a historic spell of 7/42 against Himachal Pradesh.
