What has been revealed by the SIT investigation?
The SIT investigation has revealed several shocking details so far. It has been revealed that the accused have embezzled donations from the temple multiple times and invested them in various places.
After obtaining court permission, the police interrogated the accused in the Ram Temple offering theft case, who were in jail, for about two hours on Tuesday. The longest interrogation was conducted with accused Avinash Mishra. The accused confessed to stealing crores of rupees and described the entire incident.
During this, the name of trustee Anil Mishra again surfaced, and it was revealed that he played a key role in the counting process.
On Friday, Tinnu Yadav, a close associate of Champat Rai, counting in-charge Subhash Srivastava, and counting personnel Anukalp Mishra, Lavkush Mishra, Manish Yadav, Ramashankar Mishra, Karunesh, and Avnish Shukla were arrested and sent to jail. After obtaining court permission, the police went to the jail on Tuesday and interrogated the accused.
