New Delhi: Heavy rain, accompanied by strong winds and thunderstorms, brought pleasant weather to Delhi on Tuesday morning. However, the downpour also caused significant disruption across several parts of the Delhi-NCR region. Sadar Bazar in central Delhi was left submerged under knee-deep water, making commuting difficult and causing inconvenience to residents and motorists alike.

The rain is expected to cause waterlogging in many areas of the city. Therefore, the department has appealed to citizens to avoid going out unless necessary and to follow the weather department's advice.
