Donald Trump warns Afghanistan: In a latest move, US President Donald Trump has issued a warning to Afghanistan in connection with Bagram Air Base. Issuing a warning Trump demanded the return of Bagram Air Base to US or face consequences. “If Afghanistan doesn’t give Bagram Airbase back to those that built it, the United States of America, BAD THINGS ARE GOING HAPPEN!!!” he wrote on his Truth Social platform on Sunday.Indian shopping deals
Earlier on Thursday Trump said that the United States is seeking regain control of the Bagram air base. Notably, the airbase was earlier used by American forces after the September 11, 2001 attacks.
Trump earlier told reporters that discussions with Afghanistan are underway. It is worthy to be mentioned here that the withdrawal of US troops in 2021 allowed the Taliban to take over American bases.

The US president when asked whether he would send US army to regain the base, Trump instead of giving direct answer, said, “We won't talk about that.”
