After earning a lot in the first week, the film has started the second week in a great way. Even on a working day, i.e., Friday, the theaters were crowded with spectators, and there was a rain of money at the ticket counter. Saiyyara has become one of those select films that has been making new records every day since its release. The film's hold on the box office is so strong that it has defeated big films like Kesari Chapter 2 and Sitare Zameen Par. Now Saiyyara has set its eyes on the 200 crore club, and this target also does not seem to be far away.
Blind money rained on 'Saiyara' even on working days
It is seen with many films that they slow down as they enter the second week or their collection goes into single digits. But Saiyyara has broken this trend. On Friday too, the audience gave a lot of love to this film, due to which double-digit collection was recorded at the box office. According to the initial figures of Sakanlik.com, on the eighth day of its release, Saiyyara has collected Rs 13.12 crore in India. These figures are till morning, and it is expected that the final figures may be even higher than this.
'Saiyaara' is just 15 crores away from the 200 crores club
This film directed by Mohit Suri has already achieved a great feat by earning more than 200 crores worldwide. Now this film is on the threshold of joining the 200 crore club in India too. So far, Saiyyara has collected 185.87 crores domestically. This means that the film now needs only 15 crores to join the 200 crore club.
Saiyyara is a hit at the box office
After Chawa, which was one of the biggest hits of this year, Saiyyara is the second film to make such strong records at the box office. Seeing the pace of the film, Ajay Devgan had even postponed the release date of his film 'Son of Sardar 2' so that it does not face competition. Due to no competition from any big film in the beginning of the second week, Saiyyara is getting a great response from the audience. Trade pundits believe that now the film can collect more on the weekend, and crossing the figure of 200 crores will be a mere formality.
