Kaif claimed that Rohit is in no rush to retire and has left the decision about his future to the selectors. According to him, it is now up to the selection committee to decide whether Rohit will continue as part of the Indian team.

During the discussion on his YouTube channel, Kaif said that considering the number of discussions that have taken place in recent times regarding Rohit Sharma's retirement, the player's perspective has now changed. According to him, Rohit's message is clear that he will not voluntarily announce his retirement. If the selectors want to drop him from the team, then this decision should be taken by him. Kaif said that at this moment the ball is completely in the court of the selectors.
