An ammunition depot in Kashmir's Anantnag
"The biggest thing is that they have attempted to attack civilians. They had drones, but the credit goes to our defence forces, they destroyed all the drones. An ammunition depot in Kashmir's Anantnag was also attacked, but the attempt was thwarted. We did not initiate this situation, innocent people were killed in Pahalgam and we had to retaliate," he said.

There has been immense loss in Poonch
"Pakistan is attempting to create tension and it will not prove helpful to it in any case. He must silence his guns. They should be heading towards decreasing tension rather than increasing them," he stated.
Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister stated, "There has been massive destruction in Poonch. There have been the maximum casualties and most of the injured in Poonch. I spent some time in a hospital in Jammu and all the injured who were brought there are from Poonch. The condition in Poonch is grim. The deputy chief minister is attempting to go to Poonch, if he goes there, he will meet the locals there," he stated.
'Facilities for citizens in camps'
Speaking of camps organized for civilians along borders, he added, "We are doing every possible thing. Three meals a day are given, there are sanitation facilities, doctors in every camp, ambulances have been arranged. We are taking care that they encounter as few problems as can be when they remain here," he said.
