Delhi was rocked by alarm as the Navy School in Chanakyapuri and the CRPF School in Dwarka received bomb threats via email. The menacing messages, which surfaced early Monday morning, triggered immediate evacuations and sent shockwaves through the school communities. This incident follows a recent explosion near a CRPF school in Rohini, amplifying concerns about security in the capital.

Delhi Police acted promptly, deploying teams to both schools within minutes of the alerts. Bomb disposal squads, accompanied by sniffer dogs, conducted thorough searches of the premises, including classrooms, playgrounds, and administrative areas. As of the latest updates, no suspicious objects have been found at either location. Fire tenders and ambulances remain on standby, while police have cordoned off the areas to ensure safety and facilitate investigations.

The emails, sent from an anonymous source, are being traced by the Delhi Police Cyber Cell to identify the perpetrators. Authorities suspect the threats may be part of a recent wave of hoax emails targeting educational institutions across India. “We are treating this with utmost seriousness and will leave no stone unturned,” said a senior police official. The investigation is also exploring possible connections to the Rohini incident, which caused minor damage but no casualties.
