Delhi Police Arrests Bandhu Man Singh In Kapil Sharma's Canada Cafe Firing Case

New Delhi: The Delhi Police Crime Branch has arrested Bandhu Man Singh, a gangster, in connection with the conspiracy to fire at Kapil Sharma's restaurant in Canada. He is a prominent criminal of the Goldy Dhillon gang and has several criminal cases registered against him. A Chinese pistol and cartridges were recovered from him, informed Delhi Police.

Popular Comedian and actor Kapil Sharma's Canada restaurant has been in news after three separate gunfire incidents. Kapil's restaurant which is in Surrey, British Columbia, was initially targeted by unknown shooters, just after few days of its launch. Meanwhile, the two other firing incidents took place on August 7 and October 16.

According to the reports, a Chinese pistol and cartridges were recovered from the gangster Bandhu.

It is to be noted that Singh is the main consirator in the firing case and is handler of the Goldy Gang involved in orchestrating its attacks. Reportedly, he fled Canada in August, later he returned to India. There are several criminal cases filed against him, as per the police.

What Kapil Sharma said about the three times firing at his Canada Cafe?

Meanwhile, Kapil Sharma had recently addressed the firing Incidents at his Canada Cafe. During the trailer launch of Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2 on Wednesday, Kapil said, "Three times firing happened there. Maybe, I think, given the rules there, the police probably don't have enough power to control such things.''

He added, ''But, after that, when this case happened, it was taken to the federal level. Just like we have a central government here, it was discussed in the Canadian Parliament. I think we don't understand the story behind what God does..."

Kapil further added that a lot of friends from the film fraternity reached out to him after each attack. He continued to add that ''he never feels unsafe in Mumbai or in India.'' Kapil also extended his appreciation for Mumbai Police.
