Bihar Assembly Election 2025: Ahead of the elections, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has begun sharpening its election strategy. In this regard, Union Home Minister Amit Shah has arrived on a two-day visit to Bihar. After holding a key meeting with party leaders in Patna on Friday, he will interact with party workers and officials in Samastipur and Araria on Saturday.
At a meeting in Patna, Shah unveiled a new "Triple M" formula for victory. He clearly stated that the BJP and NDA's goal in the upcoming elections is to win 225 seats. To achieve this, party workers were asked to build a strong connection with the public and reach out to every woman.
What is Amit Shah's Triple M formula?
Addressing party leaders, Shah offered the Triple M mantra: women, Modi, and temples. He said, "Women are the core of the family, so every worker must reach out to every woman and inform her about the NDA government's schemes."
Shah also made it clear that rising above caste, religion and ideology, communication should be done only with the public and they should be assured that NDA is the guarantee of development and stability.
Big targets given to workers
Amit Shah instructed leaders to conduct at least 225 public relations campaigns in each assembly constituency. He said victory was possible only through strong organization and direct communication with the public. On Saturday, Shah will meet with leaders from eight districts of north-central Bihar, including Samastipur, Madhubani, Jhanjharpur, Begusarai, Khagaria, and other areas, at the Engineering College in Sarairanjan, Samastipur. The meeting will also discuss the names of candidates for the assembly elections.
The meeting, which will be held in a conference hall, has been set up for senior leaders, while ordinary workers will not be allowed entry. Shah will arrive in Samastipur by helicopter, and a temporary helipad has been set up in Narghogi.
Discussion with the core committee in Araria
After Samastipur, Shah will travel to Araria, where he will hold a meeting with the BJP core committee of ten districts of Kosi-Seemanchal and Anga Pradesh. Representatives from 49 assembly constituencies will attend. This approximately two-hour meeting will focus on election strategy and organizational strength. Shah will address the workers and inspire them to achieve the "225-seat mission."
Meeting of West Champaran and Saran on the first day
Earlier on Friday, Shah held a meeting with around 350 leaders and workers from West Champaran and Saran. At the meeting, held at the Government Engineering College in Bettiah, he said, "Forget who is who; fight the election like a normal worker." State President Dilip Jaiswal said that after screening, the list of candidates has been submitted to Amit Shah. The final decision will now be made by the top leadership.
