Caught On Camera: Drunk Woman Misbehaves With Police, Slaps Bystander, Video Goes Viral
The viral video shows a young woman, under the influence of alcohol, creating a ruckus in the middle of the road.
Meerut: A drunk woman created a ruckus on the road late at night in Sardhana area in Meerut district of Uttar Pradesh, following which the police had to intervene and action was taken against the woman and two men accompanying her.
What is the incident?
According to police, locals alerted authorities after seeing the woman creating a ruckus with two men on the roadside. When officers arrived at the scene, she allegedly continued to behave rudely and repeatedly argued with the officers.
Officials said the woman appeared to be very intoxicated and refused to calm down despite repeated police attempts. She also allegedly behaved rudely with bystanders and even assaulted some of them.

What did the police say?
When police questioned the two men accompanying her, the woman reportedly became more agitated, hurling abuse and attempting to assault officers. A crowd of people gathered in the middle of the street to witness the commotion.
When the situation failed to subside despite repeated warnings, the police took the three people to the police station. Their vehicles were confiscated and action was initiated against them under Section 151 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for disturbing the peace.
What did the officer say?
Sardhana Circle Officer Ashutosh said that the woman, a resident of Lisari Gate, was allegedly drunk and created a ruckus in a public place and misbehaved with police officers. Of the two men accompanying her, one is from Nanu in Sardhana, while the other is from Mawana. A case has been registered against all three, and both vehicles involved in the incident have been seized.
