Ukraine's drone attack grounded Indian delegation flight in Moscow
After the flight landed, all the MPs were welcomed by Indian Ambassador Vinay Kumar in Moscow. The job of all MPs is to inform the Russian government, senior lawmakers, officials and experts about the terrorists operating in Pakistan.

A flight carrying an Indian parliamentary delegation led by DMK MP Kanimozhi was forced to circle in the air for an extended period before landing safely at Moscow's Domodedovo airport. The delegation was visiting Russia to raise awareness about the Indo-Pak conflict and highlight Pakistan's terrorist activities.
Drone attack halts flight operations
The flight's landing was delayed due to a drone attack launched by Ukraine, which led to the suspension of both domestic and international flight operations for several hours at the Moscow airport. After the flight landed, all MPs were welcomed by Indian Ambassador Vinay Kumar in Moscow.
Raising awareness about terrorism
The Indian delegation's primary objective is to inform the Russian government, senior lawmakers, officials, and experts about the terrorists operating in Pakistan. Kanimozhi emphasized that India's relations with Russia are already excellent, and they aim to highlight how Pakistan's terrorists are becoming a global threat.
Putin's concerns
Russian President Vladimir Putin recently expressed concerns about Ukraine's pattern of launching drone attacks on Moscow whenever a government delegation from another country visits Russia. Putin believes Ukraine does this to disrupt Russia's contact with the rest of the world.
Ukraine's silence
Ukraine has not responded to the drone attack that grounded the Indian delegation's flight. Russia has been actively defending against Ukrainian drone attacks, with over 250 drones shot down on May 22 alone.
